Please note: this version of Caramba does not support Windows 7 or 8, since Microsoft ended support for them. If you are on an older system, hold on to your old Caramba installers.

— Fixed a longstanding bug: after an automatic layout switch, the first letters of the next word could sometimes appear in the previous layout. This is now fixed.

— Updated dictionaries and auto-switching models.

— Caramba now handles unusual or broken keyboard layouts better, such as those added by Parallels. These layouts are simply skipped.

— Reduced system load by doing less unnecessary work on each keystroke.

— Update checks now work reliably after the computer wakes from sleep.
